Ohio native, Joy Bowser, loved and chose to marry a man who was not a Christian, and in her uplifting new book, “A Wife and a Witness,” she provides insight for other Christian wives who face this challenge. Joy and her husband, Bill, live in Liberty Center, Ohio, where she graduated from Liberty Center High School in 1978. They have lived in the area their entire life and have been involved with several community organizations. They have raised three daughters who are adults now and also have seven grandchildren
