Registration:

· All material must be your own.
· Only the author or author’s representative may sell the work.
· The refundable registration reservation payment must be included with your completed registration form in order to guarantee your space. Reservation fees will be refunded the day of the expo in full as long as the author is in attendance (see below for more details).
· A complimentary Sponsor/Author lunch will be provided at no cost to the author with their registration. Additional lunches may be purchased for traveling companions.

Sales:

· Loconeal staff and/or a representative will handle all sales transactions. We have a central cashier which is shared by all authors for the acceptance of cash, check, and all major credit/debit cards.
· Loconeal will retain 10% for all materials sold at the Sandstone Book Expo.
· Appropriate Ohio state sales tax will be charged to your customers at the point of sale and remitted to you for filing with the state.
· Only the authors written material or items directly related to your work is allowed. If you are unclear whether or not an item fits within this category, please contact info@loconeal.com to verify.
· The author has the ability to sell material at whatever cost they deem appropriate. The author must however set and provide this information to us ahead of time so that there will be no confusion in pricing that is charged the day of the Expo.

Sales Payout:

· Sales payout checks will be mailed to the author within 1-2 weeks after the book expo.
· Payouts are made via checks.
· Payouts will be made out to the author, unless otherwise specified (i.e. publisher, author rep., etc.).

Table Reservation Pricing:

· $20 – Per half table (shared). This amount will be refunded to the author with Sales Payout Checks.
· $30 – Per full table. $20 of this table reservation will be refunded to the author with Sales Payout Checks.
· $7 – Per additional lunch for traveling companions.

Tables & Usage:

· Tables are 30″ wide by 6’ long, covered and draped. Chairs are provided as well. Additional table decoration is allowed.
· Tables are to be used to sell exclusive materials by the registered author.
· Displays that extend past the front or sides of the table are not allowed.
· You must exhibit at your table for the entirety of the expo. 12:00 – 5:00 PM.

Hours, Set Up & Lunch:

· Authors can begin to set up at 9:00 AM the day of the Sandstone Book Expo.
· All set up preparations must be complete by 10:45 AM.
· An Author/Sponsor lunch will be held from 11:00 to 11:45 AM. Expo hours are 12:00 - 5:00 PM.

Cancellations/Late Arrival:

· Cancellations must be received in writing by Wednesday, June 29, 2011, 3pm in order to receive a full refund. Please send your cancellation notice to info@loconeal.com.
· Cancellations after Wednesday, June 29, 2011, arriving late or leaving early the day of the Expo, will be subject to a 50% reduction in refund.
